About The Position

Walmart is hiring a local CDL-A Driver in Casa Grande, Arizona. Drivers average 8–15 loads per week, with an average of 3–4 stops per load. Freight is mostly no-touch and live-unload. The position uses automatic day-cab trucks in a slip-seat operation; trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers are home daily and must be flexible to work any shift. Reliable daily transportation to the Casa Grande facility is required.

Average weekly pay is $1,250, with top weekly pay of $1,550. Average annual pay is $65,360, with top annual pay of $79,818. Pay includes mileage band pay, stop pay, and detention pay. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
• Reliable daily transportation to the Casa Grande facility.
• Flexibility to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes and complete 8–15 loads per week.
