About The Position

Experienced CDL-A drivers are being hired for a dedicated Lidl account based in Perryville, Maryland. This active, hands-on local driving position delivers freight to stores throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, including Staten Island and Long Island. Drivers are home daily and earn mileage, availability, and stop pay, along with a Safe & On-Time Bonus. Average weekly earnings are $1,933, with top weekly earnings of $2,570. Average annualized earnings are $100,535, with top annualized earnings of $133,647. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered. The operation runs seven days a week, with night shifts starting between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Drivers have no set days off and average approximately 1,600 miles per week. Routes originate in Perryville and average 10–20 stops per week. Drivers load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack. Trucks cannot be taken home.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
No SAP drivers.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical card.
Able to work weekends.
Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

Deliver freight from Perryville, Maryland, to stores throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, including Staten Island and Long Island.
Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack.
Complete local routes averaging 10–20 stops per week and approximately 1,600 miles per week.
Work night shifts with start times between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM, including weekend availability.
