About The Position

Hiring Class A drivers in Hall County and north Atlanta for a dedicated retail fleet based in the Atlanta area. Drivers haul dry-van trailers, drop them, and pick up the next trailer across multiple lanes. Freight is 100% no-touch. Solo drivers average about $1,100 per week, running approximately 1,900 miles weekly at $0.60 per mile, with additional pay of $20 per stop and a $100 flat rate on short hauls. Drivers are paid weekly by direct deposit. New CDL holders train with a mentor for 3 to 5 weeks, approximately 200 to 250 hours, and earn $850 per week. Drivers with at least 6 months of recent OTR experience go solo after orientation in an assigned truck. Drivers are home every two weeks and home for Christmas. Dispatch operates day and night, and weekends are worked. The hiring process includes a recruiter call to review the applicant’s license and record, followed by orientation lasting up to two days. The company covers the hotel and reimburses the bus ticket; orientation pays $300 once hired. Mentor training covers backing, trip planning, logs, and fueling. After training, drivers receive their own assigned truck. Benefits begin after 30 days.

Requirements

Hold a Class A CDL from the state of residence.
Be at least 21 years old.
Complete CDL-A training at a truck driving school of at least 120 hours, or have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months.
Live within 100 miles of the Atlanta hub.
Have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
Have no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
Pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screens.
