About The Position

Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A No-Touch Driver to transport mixed dry van and refrigerated freight through established customer lanes. Drivers generally average 2,500–3,000 miles per week and can expect dependable dispatches, practical route planning, and consistent mileage opportunities. The position includes six scheduled days off each month, which may be taken together or divided throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling. Drivers operate assigned late-model Kenworth T680 tractors that are four years old or newer, with equipment assigned based on availability. The tractors have automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release. Pay is $1,450–$1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days. Drivers are eligible for quarterly performance raises tied to safety and productivity, and paid orientation at $100 per day. Benefits include medical and life insurance, paid vacation, and a passenger policy allowing riders age 10 and older.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license.
Current DOT medical certification.
At least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
