CDL-A No-Touch Freight Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A driver to haul general commodities in dry van trailers across established freight lanes throughout the lower 48 states. Freight is 100% no-touch, and most loads are drop-and-hook, so no loading or unloading is required. Drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days, and return home weekly. Available tractors include 2017–2022 Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt models, equipped with automatic transmissions, an APU, and an inverter; equipment availability varies. Orientation lasts four days. Transportation is provided by flight or rental car, meals are included, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay. Flint Logistics describes its recruiting communication and driver support as dependable and continued through the transition into the new driving position.
Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year of experience in the last 3 years.
- Hold a CDL-A license in the state of residence.
- Have experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
- Have a current DOT physical or obtain assistance with the cost of getting a new one.
