About The Position

Legends and ASM Global have partnered to redefine excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, managing the food and beverage program for concessions, suites, and premium areas. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in the coordination and execution of all catering operations at Raymond James Stadium. You will oversee catering attendants, runners, bartenders, and servers, ensuring all events and private functions are delivered with the highest level of service, efficiency, and professionalism. You will work closely with other supervisors and management, lead by example, and maintain Legends’ standards of excellence, safety, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in catering, events, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be team-oriented and lead by example.
  • Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown.
  • Food Safety Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required (or ability to obtain).
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, plus major stadium events.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day catering operations for assigned events and locations.
  • Directly oversee and support Catering Attendants, Runners, Servers and Bartenders during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach, ensuring all catering functions are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate food and beverage delivery schedules on event day with kitchen and event staff.
  • Ensure all food safety and alcohol service guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas.
  • Track inventory and coordinate with the Catering Manager for supply needs.
  • Uphold Legends’ grooming, service, and hospitality standards at all times.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during events.
  • Train new catering team members.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and timekeeping when required.
