CATERING SPECIALIST
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring a Catering Specialist to lead the store’s Catering Team, work closely with catering clients, manage the daily execution of catering orders, and complete daily sales-building tasks to promote continued growth of the catering program. The role involves passionately connecting with guests and helping create a hospitable, positive experience. Full-time hours are available Monday through Friday. Compensation is advertised as up to $17.00–$22.00 per hour including tips; team members participate in a tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Mendocino Farms describes its mission as offering more than food by connecting guests to culinary experiences with an approachably adventurous menu and fresh ingredients.
