About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring a Catering Specialist to lead the store’s Catering Team and work closely with catering clients. The role manages the daily execution of catering orders and completes sales-building tasks to promote continued growth of the catering program. Team members passionately connect with guests and help create a welcoming, happy guest experience. The position offers full-time hours Monday through Friday. The listed pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, including tips; all Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool. Benefits are available to qualifying team members.
