About The Position
The main objective of the Catering Server is to set up, service, and break down banquet and event functions while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for preparing event spaces, serving food and beverages, assisting with bar service as needed, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness of banquet areas, and upholding service and sanitation standards in accordance with event orders and brand expectations.
