About The Position

The Catering Sales Manager role at Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites is a full-time position focused on building lasting client relationships and booking events that meet hotel revenue goals. The manager will be responsible for personally detailing and servicing all groups to perfection, prospecting for new business through various channels, crafting and adjusting sales action plans, and partnering across departments to deliver seamless experiences. The role requires a strong understanding of catering and event sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

At least 2 years of catering/event sales experience.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication is key.
Tech Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office and event software.
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
Customer Obsessed: Committed to client happiness and building trust.
Organizational Agility: Knows who to call and how to get things done—fast and effectively.
