Catering Sales Manager

Horseshoe Bay ResortDenver, CO
$70,000 - $75,000Onsite

About The Position

The Catering Sales Manager holds the catering business at Populus from the first conversation through to the moment the last guest leaves. The role develops and maintains relationships across corporate and social markets, shapes each event alongside the culinary and operations teams, and stays with the client through execution rather than handing the file across at the point of sale. Populus is the first carbon positive hotel in the United States. Inspired by the aspen groves that give the building its name and its form, the property was designed to return more than it consumes, from the materials within its walls to the ingredients on its plates. Located in the center of Denver, Populus was built to leave the city better than it was found.
