The Catering Sales Manager of Old Carolina Barbecue Company is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering operations, including staff management, customer service, contracts, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. The Catering Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of catering events.

• Ability to work in the store when not scheduled for events.
• Deliver catering orders that don't require staff.
• Fostering a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing employee concerns or conflicts.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
• Responding to guest comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner.
• Educating and empowering subordinate managers and associates to act in a similar capacity.
• Implementing sales strategies to grow the catering business.
• Ensuring that all menu items are made according to the recipe and presented in a brand-standard manner.
• Utilizing food production and inventory tools available to support this responsibility.
• Developing and managing the annual budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Monitoring sales performance, expenses, and profitability, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, social media initiatives, and local partnerships.
• Engaging with the local community, schools, and organizations to build brand loyalty and support community events.
