Catering Sales Manager
About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is growing and seeking a Catering Sales and Event Coordinator. This role offers a great opportunity to showcase hospitality and attention to detail while building relationships with new and previous clients, coordinating event logistics, and contributing to overall Catering Business Development. Our catering events span from small casual business lunches to extravagant black tie events. The ideal candidate must be able to negotiate pricing, assist with menu selection and decor, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in using office equipment, including PCs and the Microsoft Office Suite, is essential, along with a willingness to be hands-on and assist where needed.
