A Catering Sales Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between clients and the culinary/operations teams, managing inquiries, creating proposals, and finalizing event details like menus and room setups. Requirements

• 1–2 years in catering sales, sales, event management, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with catering software (e.g., triple seat) and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, prepare proposals/contracts, and upsell services to maximize revenue.
• Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), diagrams, and, detailed, itineraries to internal staff.
• Manage client databases in system (e.g.,triple seat), track, bookings, and, process payments
• Collaborate with culinary and service staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
