About The Position

Responsible for delivery, set up and service of all food products, beverages, and paper products to offsite events. This role involves limited cash handling duties in accordance with UPMC policies and procedures, purchasing of food and supplies as needed, and maintaining the cleanliness and service maintenance of trucks. Excellent customer service skills are essential. A clean driving record must be possessed and maintained.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Transport and receive monies for all off-site retail locations from the cash office.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the truck fleet and keep up on all truck maintenance needs, such as oil changes.
• Gather all items as needed for offsite retail locations.
• Deliver, set up, and service off-site catering events without further supervision, communicate with the client, and ensure all needs are met prior to departure.
• Gather all items for off-site events.
• Deliver products to offsites, unload them, and deliver them to the food service host. Deliver cash bag to hosts and take the deposit to the cash office.
• Follow department dress code and guidelines consistently.
• Perform table, chair, and equipment set up at off-site locations as needed.
