About The Position

Sifted aims to revolutionize the office lunch experience by providing data-driven, destination-focused programs. We create experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies, offering chef-made, hand-delivered lunches. Sifted is seeking a customer experience-focused professional to deliver and serve lunch, and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about pop-up events and dedicated to creating exceptional event experiences.

Requirements

Must maintain a Seattle Food Service card (company-paid).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend, squat, and reach.

Nice To Haves

Some food service experience is preferred, but not required.
Detail-oriented with a focus on positively impacting the customer experience.
Enjoys working in fast-paced event settings and interacting with guests.
Enjoys building the Sifted brand and representing it.
Open to feedback and eager for personal and professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location, ensuring all staff members are delighted.
Coordinate with the culinary team at the kitchen to understand the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver it to the client’s office.
Create an inspired, pop-up atmosphere in the client’s office using branded materials and creativity.
Communicate the menu details and featured ingredients through branded messaging.
Gather feedback, including specific metrics, and report to the Community Manager.
Propose improvements for efficiency and overall experience.
