About The Position

Sifted is reimagining the office lunch hour by creating data-driven experiences for destination workplaces. They provide experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies, offering chef-made, hand-delivered lunches. Sifted is seeking a customer experience-focused professional to manage the on-site lunch experience at client locations, including delivery and service. The ideal candidate is passionate about pop-up events and understands the elements that contribute to an exceptional event experience.

• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
• Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally
• Must maintain Seattle Food Service card (company-paid)

Responsibilities

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
