About The Position

Lead the charge in delivering exceptional catering experiences! The Catering Manager will oversee event execution, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless service delivery for all catering functions. This role will drive client satisfaction, manage event planning processes, and ensure all operations align with Levy standards while creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in catering, events, or hospitality management
  • Experience with event planning systems or POS platforms
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute catering events from planning through completion
  • Manage client communications and confirm event details
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver service excellence
  • Monitor inventory, staffing, and event logistics
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and reporting
