Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in premium hospitality, food & beverage, or high-end service environments
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of suites, clubs, and premium hospitality areas
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of premium service teams
  • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
  • Coordinate with culinary teams to execute premium menus and offerings
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls within premium areas
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Build relationships with VIP guests and key stakeholders to enhance experience
