About The Position

Drive the energy behind every game day experience! As a Concessions Manager, you will oversee fast-paced food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient service, high-quality standards, and an exceptional guest experience across all concessions locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in concessions, food & beverage, or high-volume operations
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concessions operations across multiple locations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of concessions team members
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure speed of service and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to optimize offerings
• Analyze sales and operational data to drive continuous improvement
