The Catering Manager is a salaried position within the Catering Department, with direct responsibility for the operations at the Buehler’s Medina River Styx Location. This role involves providing day-to-day leadership to the Store’s Catering Team and acting as a key member of the larger Food Service Leadership team. The manager is accountable for the profitability of the Catering Department, as well as establishing, developing, training, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards for all Catering employees. The Catering Manager will work cooperatively with the Catering Director, Food Service Manager, and the larger Food Service Team to develop and deliver a variety of offerings that impress customers.
