About The Position

As a Panera Bread Catering Lead with Hamra Enterprises, you will provide customer service and support catering operations while contributing to the company’s commitment to serving quality food and local communities. You will develop a thorough understanding of the Panera menu, ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time, communicate with customers to support their satisfaction, and work collaboratively with the café team. The role offers opportunities to learn and grow within Hamra Enterprises. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours between 5:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on business needs. Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Compensation varies based on restaurant location, experience, and availability. Catering Leads earn tips in addition to their hourly wage. The position involves working throughout the restaurant and handling food, orders, and related equipment. Physical demands include standing for up to 12 hours, frequent movement and communication, regularly stooping or crouching, occasionally using a step ladder, and frequently moving products, dishes, or boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. The role includes exposure to low temperatures in walk-in freezers and coolers and high heat near ovens.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Great communication and people skills.
Email and IT savvy.
A valid driver's license is required for delivery of catering orders.
Must have a personal vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
