Requirements

  • 2–3 years in catering, event sales, or hospitality management

  • Delphi experience preferred (or similar event/catering software)
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and event logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive business with proactive and reactive sales efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Plan and organize events efficiently, from pricing to execution
  • Represent the hotel professionally at industry events
  • Collaborate with 3rd party booking sites, revenue management, and convention centers
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales goals
  • Track all sales activities in Delphi or similar systems
