About The Position

We are seeking an energetic Catering & Event Manager to help expand our catering program and drive new business. This hybrid role emphasizes outside sales, client relationship management, and event planning. The ideal candidate is motivated by connecting with people, closing sales, and executing successful events.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (B2B or outside sales is a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable prospecting for new business.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, hospitality, or event planning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the catering business through B2B sales, networking, and cold calling.
• Respond to catering inquiries and meet with prospective clients.
• Build lasting relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Plan and coordinate catering orders and special events.
• Develop new event ideas and catering opportunities for the restaurant.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from initial contact through event completion.
