About The Position
Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company whose drivers represent the company and its restaurant partners. The role focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, not fast food, grocery deliveries, or stacking other gigs. Drivers pick up large catering orders, deliver and set up food at locations such as office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues, and take clean photos of the setup at drop-off. Compensation is $18–$50+ per delivery, with weekly pay via Everee (Next Day) and additional incentives based on on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality. The position is described as an independent contractor opportunity in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not accepted for most markets.
- Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Have a smartphone with internet/data.
- Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts; the stated availability window is 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
- Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
- Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
Responsibilities

- Represent Meals Now and the restaurant with professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy.
- Follow delivery instructions with precision and care.
