About The Position

Qdoba, Falcons Fiesta MN is seeking customer-service-oriented Catering Delivery Drivers available to make deliveries from a variety of locations in the region. Most deliveries take about 30 minutes and occur between 10 AM and 2 PM, though deliveries are made from 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. Delivery opportunities are offered as they become available, and the driver's availability determines those opportunities. Drivers are paid by the hour, with a $25 delivery fee per order and any included gratuity.

This is a part-time, on-call position. Drivers must use their own vehicle; a van or truck is not required. They are expected to handle and transport orders carefully, arrive on time, complete requested order setup, and provide professional, well-groomed, customer-focused service.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Provide current insurance.
• Have a personal vehicle; a van or truck is not required.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Have communication skills.
• Be able to figure things out.
• Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick up food or other items and deliver them to designated locations on time.
• Transport food carefully and safely from the restaurant to the destination.
• Set up the order when requested by the customer; setup only.
• Act and dress professionally and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Provide amazing customer service.
