CATERING ATTENDANT (ON CALL)
About The Position
Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring an on-call Catering Attendant at Art and Wellness Enterprise in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain and helps ensure events are executed accurately. The attendant may drive a catering delivery truck and is responsible for event setup, service, cleanup, and returning food and equipment to the catering facility. The position requires evening and weekend availability, and days and hours may vary. Previous banquet or fine dining experience is preferred. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.99 per hour. A valid driver's license may be required, and the employee must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

- Must follow company policies, including use of required protective gloves when handling knives or hot items, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
- Log and maintain food temperatures.
- Arrange tables and decorations.
- Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests.
- Thoroughly clean the location after events.
- Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
- Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
- Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
- Provide guests with friendly, courteous service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
