Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy catering or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, and a passion for maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when engaging with customers
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to obtain or hold a current Police Check
Responsibilities
- Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience every shift
- Engage with customers and provide seamless support with a positive, professional approach
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards, including accurate recording of temperatures and allergen information
- Support daily cleaning routines and keep service areas organised and ready for action
