- Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee.
- Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed.
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
