Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
Desire to work with older adults and their families.
Projects a positive and professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

Clean resident suites according to schedule, including vacuuming carpets, spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning ceilings and walls, dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
Clean bathrooms, including shower stall, sink, toilet, counter, and floor.
Clean kitchenettes, including sink, counter, refrigerator, and floor, and defrosting refrigerator as necessary.
Remove trash and remove and launder bed linens and towels.
Replace bed linens and towels, and clean windows as necessary.
Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites according to schedule.
Clean community common areas.
Effectively collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience.
Attend and participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services and team member meetings as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
