The Category Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support category merchandising priorities, product launches, and brand objectives across Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s branded products, and key national brand partners. This role serves as the primary liaison between Merchandising and Marketing for assigned merchandise categories, driving alignment, collaboration, and omni-channel execution across all marketing channels. This role will guide cross-functional teams in developing omni-channel marketing strategies that deliver a premium customer experience, support category sales and profitability goals, and strengthen brand positioning. The Category Marketing Manager will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and stronger integration between Merchandising and Marketing.
