GOVX•San Diego, CA
•$55,120 - $59,280•Hybrid

About The Position

The Catalog Operations Coordinator supports Catalog Expansion, GOVX’s largest growth driver, by loading sellers and products with optimized data to support discovery and conversion. The coordinator develops expertise in an assigned category and its industry-standard data, and ensures products and sellers are built and published promptly, maintain required information, and include strong content such as size charts, images, videos, descriptions, and specifications so members can make purchase decisions on GOVX. The role maintains product, seller, offer, and event data; optimizes catalog discoverability and collection results; and works with Marketing, Customer Care, Logistics, and Product. Success is measured by category-specific service-level metrics, which may include product image, video, and size-chart coverage and product-page bounce rate. The position begins with a 90-day introductory period working five days a week onsite at the GOVX corporate office in San Diego, California, for a full eight-hour shift each day. After successful completion, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule, with at least three eight-hour onsite days per week and remote work from home on other days. Start and end times are flexible, but employees must be in the office during core business hours of 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; onsite days are set by the manager based on business needs. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship is provided. The role operates in a professional office environment, is largely sedentary, and routinely uses standard office equipment. No travel is expected, and the position has no supervisory responsibilities. A background check and drug testing are required before employment begins.
