About The Position

Air Products is seeking a Cast in Place Assembly Production Supervisor for its Membrane Solutions manufacturing facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The facility assembles, tests, and ships air separation modules for aerospace, nitrogen, dehydration, and process-gas applications. Assembly is the final production step before products reach customers, and quality, testing, and documentation have direct customer, contractual, and safety consequences. The supervisor leads and coordinates approximately 20–24 production technicians and Team Leads on a day-shift rotation. The role is accountable for safe, efficient, and high-quality work-center operations, including productivity, employee training and development, engagement, and employee relations. It requires product-line-specific knowledge, strong communication and decision-making, mechanical aptitude, and coordination with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Continuous Improvement, and the night-shift supervisor. The supervisor develops Team Leads and technicians as the site scales, integrates new products and processes, maintains disciplined shift handoffs, and supports production schedules and customer delivery. The role also maintains quality management system compliance and contributes to ongoing improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
