About The Position

The Casino Marketing Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations, processes, and support functions of the Casino Marketing department. This role serves as a key operational partner to Casino Marketing leadership, ensuring departmental efficiency through effective coordination of projects, events, reporting, office operations, and team support activities. The Casino Marketing Administration Manager drives organizational excellence by managing departmental workflows, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, supporting compliance efforts, and overseeing administrative processes that contribute to the department's strategic objectives. This role plays a critical part in supporting casino marketing initiatives, enhancing the guest experience, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of experience in casino marketing, or a similar role within the casino or hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Must conduct oneself in accordance with all Nevada Gaming Commission Regulations and Player Development departmental policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must present a professional image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional image
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and function under time constraints and deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn additional software as needed
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, employees, and other outside contacts
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
  • Written communication skills in English may also be required.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Casino Marketing department to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee the tracking, allocation, and distribution of tickets and access credentials for concerts, entertainment events, promotions, and VIP experiences
  • Coordinate and maintain departmental tracking of casino marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns to support revenue-generating activities and business objectives
  • Manage administrative planning, coordination, and execution support for special events, tournaments, promotions, and VIP experiences throughout the year
  • Review, process, and facilitate Host Coding requests while ensuring compliance with departmental standards, established policies, and gaming regulations
  • Support Casino Marketing leadership through calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting preparation, presentation development, and special projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings, including preparation of agendas, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up action items
  • Monitor departmental expenses, invoices, budget tracking, and vendor documentation to support financial accountability and reporting
  • Develop and maintain departmental tracking tools, reports, databases, records, and administrative systems to improve operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, training schedules, system access requests, and departmental orientation for new team members
  • Serve as a liaison between Casino Marketing and internal departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Compliance, Events, and Operations
  • Support the preparation and distribution of departmental communications, reports, and executive summaries
  • Assist leadership in tracking departmental goals, projects, deadlines, and key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflow efficiency, and service delivery across the department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, Nevada Gaming regulations, and departmental procedures
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and professional work environment that supports employee engagement and operational excellence
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information, business operations, financial data, and departmental communications
