About The Position
Evolution is hiring Part-Time Casino Dealers in Philadelphia for weekend shifts only. You will host live casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat on camera from a professional broadcast studio, while players join online from around the world. No prior casino or dealing experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided. This role offers a consistent schedule of two or three days per week, with real pay and tips on top. It's an ideal opportunity for students, individuals with a Monday-Friday job seeking a second income, or anyone looking for a part-time role that offers a unique and interesting work environment.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday consistently including holidays
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Must be able to complete paid training
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
