About The Position

Evolution is hiring Part-Time Casino Dealers in Philadelphia — weekends only. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required. Two or three days. Consistent schedule. Real pay. Tips on top. We train you. This is not a typical weekend gig. You'll work Saturday and Sunday in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn tips on top of your hourly rate — every single shift. You don't need to know casino games before applying. That's what paid training is for.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday consistently including holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Must be able to complete paid training
• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned weekend shifts including holidays
