About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Cashier to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for airport travelers. The role involves accurately processing transactions, engaging positively with guests, preparing and serving beverages, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. The Cashier also supports inventory and restocking, provides menu information and recommendations, and collaborates with coworkers to help ensure smooth operations. Requirements
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Ability to be cross-trained.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point-of-sale system.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations.
