About The Position

The Cashier is responsible for processing sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently while providing quality customer service and safeguarding company assets. The position works in an office and retail store environment, where noise levels range from quiet to loud. Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service.
• Memorize PLU codes and stay current on new produce.
• Handle customer cash, credit, and change transactions.
• Identify merchandise that does not scan.
• Bag groceries.
• Assist with shelving, stocking, and dusting when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
