About The Position
The Cashier helps create a welcoming customer experience by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions. Cashiers work with team members and managers across departments to help customers get answers and service, and maintain a clean and attractive checkout area and surrounding merchandising and service spaces. The role supports Earth Fare’s mission of helping people live healthy lives and helping customers find healthy food and other products that meet the company’s standards.
Requirements
- Customer service experience or previous cash handling experience is preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
- Able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
- Able to stand and remain on one’s feet during the workday.
