About The Position

Joella's Hot Chicken is seeking a Cashier to help provide guests with Southern hospitality and an excellent dining experience. The role supports the restaurant's award-winning, made-in-house menu by welcoming guests, assisting them with ordering, taking drive-thru orders, processing payments, and stocking supplies. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, time management, and familiarity with restaurant or kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Guide guests through the ordering process.
• Take drive-thru orders using a headset and repeat orders to confirm accuracy.
• Process customer payments.
• Stock supplies and paper goods as needed.
