About The Position

Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company is seeking a Cashier to join its team. The Cashier warmly greets clients and assists with payment of service invoices, directs incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, processes sales receipts, and performs general office duties such as emailing, copying, filing, and faxing. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Successful at providing outstanding customer service to clients.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count currency.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and assist them with paying service invoices.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process sales receipts.
• Perform general office duties, including emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
