About The Position

Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company is seeking a Cashier to join its team. The Cashier warmly greets clients and assists them with paying service invoices, directs incoming calls, processes sales receipts, and performs general office duties. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count currency.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and assist them with paying their service invoices.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process sales receipts.
• Perform general office duties, including emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
