About The Position

Earth Fare Cashiers help customers have a fulfilling store visit by answering questions, meeting shopping needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role supports Earth Fare’s mission of helping people live healthy lives and is based at Earth Fare Ocala in Ocala, Florida. This is a part-time, entry-level position on the night shift.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
• Able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
• Able to stand and remain on one's feet during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions in a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members and managers across departments to ensure customers receive helpful answers and service.
• Maintain a clean and attractive front-end environment, including the cashier station and nearby merchandising and service areas.
