About The Position

Earth Fare Cashiers help customers have a fulfilling store visit by answering questions, meeting shopping needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In support of Earth Fare’s mission of helping people live healthy lives, Team Members guide customers toward trusted healthy food and other products for wellbeing and the household. The Cashier manages customer flow through quick, efficient, and accurate transactions; collaborates with team members and managers across departments to provide helpful service; and maintains a clean, attractive front-end area, including the cashier station and nearby merchandising and service areas. The role is based at Earth Fare Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. The listed hourly pay range is $14.00–$15.00.

Requirements

Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
Must be able to stand and be on one's feet during the workday.
