About The Position

Earth Fare Team Members help ensure customers have a fulfilling store visit by answering their questions and meeting their shopping needs. The company’s mission is to help people live healthy lives, and Team Members guide customers toward trustworthy healthy food and wellbeing and household products held to the same standards. The Cashier manages customer transactions and contributes to a welcoming, clean, and attractive front end.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
• Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
• Must be able to stand and remain on one's feet during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions in a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members and managers across departments to ensure customers receive answers and service that encourage them to return.
• Maintain a clean and attractive front-end environment, including the cashier station and surrounding merchandising and service areas.
