About The Position

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for customers and play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience. You will offer a warm welcome, guide customers through the menu, and ensure swift and accurate transactions. The role includes customer service, order taking, payment handling, front-counter upkeep, and collaboration with the front-of-house team. You will wear the Angry Chickz uniform and safety-department-required non-slip shoes.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and speak Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide menu details or promotional information.
• Accurately take orders and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, account for cash, and balance registers at the end of the shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to support seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
• Bag and wrap to-go orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
