About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member to help deliver its mission of making everyday eating extraordinary for guests. Team members may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This position is located at the Kenwood store in Cincinnati, Ohio, at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236. The pay range is $11.58–$13.72 per hour.

Requirements

• Have a passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
