About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member who will help make everyday eating extraordinary for guests. Team members may work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End. The pay range is $15.75–$16.43 per hour. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, assisting guests with meal solutions, maintaining product and weekly-ad knowledge, merchandising and stocking products, collecting shopping carts, performing general housekeeping, and meeting uniform standards.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs and helping them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
