About The Position

The Cashier Team Member supports The Fresh Market’s mission to make everyday eating extraordinary by helping deliver a hospitable shopping experience and excellent guest service. Team members may work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role is located at the Kenwood store at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236, with a pay range of $11.58–$13.72 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Passion for providing extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store, and work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
