About The Position

The Cashier/Stocker serves customers at the Ba’ja Gas Station and Convenience Store, processes payments, operates the cash register accurately, stocks merchandise, and keeps the store clean. The role includes filling propane tanks and providing exceptional service to internal and external guests by following the We-Ko-Pa Way: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank You and Goodbye. Cash variances should be kept to an absolute minimum, and the employee must know cash reporting techniques. Other duties may be assigned or required. The position requires varied shifts, including holidays and/or weekends.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
• Pass a basic math test.
• Current Arizona driver’s license.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, holidays, and/or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
